Aprila Bank ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement made by Aprila Bank ASA (the "Company") on 4 March 2022, regarding the exercise of 42,138 options, pursuant to the companys stock option plan which was authorised by the ordinary general meeting in the company on 29 April 2021.

The share capital increase pertaining to this share issuance has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following the registration, the Company's new share capital is NOK 50,633,610, divided into 50,633,610 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and representing one vote at the Company's general meetings.
