Aprila Bank ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement made by Aprila Bank ASA (the "Company") on 15 June 2022, regarding the successfully completed private placement of new shares in the Company (the “Private Placement”) and the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting on 29 June 2022 to increase the Company’s share capital in connection with the Private Placement.

The share capital increase pertaining to this share issuance has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following the registration, the Company's new share capital is NOK 61,624,746 divided into 61,624,746 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and representing one vote at the Company's general meetings.
