Midas Capital AS has exercised its right under its 650,000 independent subscription rights granted on 26 November 2015 to subscribe for 650,000 new shares in CrayoNano AS at a subscription price of NOK 3.4492 per share. As a consequence, the share capital of CrayoNano AS will increase by NOK 13,000 from NOK 514,818 to NOK 527,818. The share capital increase has been submitted for registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. Following completion of the registration of the share capital increase, the share capital of CrayoNano AS will be NOK 527,818 divided into 26,390,900 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
