After a strong first half of the year, Dura continues to develop steadily. With high order intake, improved margins, and profitable growth, the company reports its strongest quarter to date—a testament to the strategy built on preserving the value of what already exists.
For the third quarter of 2025, Dura reports 236 MSEK (173) in revenues and 44 MSEK (28) in adjusted EBITDA. Over the last twelve months, pro forma net revenue amounted to 650 MSEK (523), a 24% increase from 2024.
Dura’s core proposition is making buildings last longer. By repairing and maintaining properties, improving energy efficiency, and enhancing indoor climate, Dura Group contributes to a more circular and sustainable society. The company combines craftsmanship with financial discipline, showing that quality and sustainability can be highly profitable.
Positioned for Nordic expansion
With a clear category leadership in Sweden, Dura is preparing for the next phase.
“It is clear to me that Dura is the leading player in Sweden within sustainable property maintenance services for the single dwelling unit market. Our ambition is now to take our model and concept into adjacent geographies and build a true Nordic champion. We are well-positioned for continued growth”, says Niclas Winberg, Group CEO.
Alexander Singer, Group CFO, adds:
“Our margin improvement reflects higher revenues combined with measures to reduce supplier costs and increase production efficiency. Strong organic growth over the past twelve months has further strengthened EBITDA, confirming the scalability of our model. We now have the financial flexibility needed to pursue strategic acquisitions, geographic expansion, and continued operational development.”
