The Magle Chemoswed Holding Board announces the appointment of Petra Sjölin as the Chief
Financial Officer for the Company. Petra shall replace Jessica Larsson, Acting Chief Financial
Officer, who will leave the company in the coming month.

Hans Henrik Lidgard, Chairman, said “I would like to express my thanks to Jessica, she has played an
important part in supporting the Company during this interim period, and has worked tirelessly
during the preparations for going public. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank her and wish
her every success in the future.”

Chemoswed family. Petra has the background and experience to support the business and I believe
