VEF Ltd. ("VEF" or the "Company") will hold a webcast presentation and Q&A ahead of the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) and Scheme Meeting on May 6, 2021 for its SDR holders. The presentation and Q&A call will be held on April 28, 2021 at 16:00 CET (10:00 ET).
In view of the developments of the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19) and current restrictions and recommendations from the Swedish Public Health Authority (Sw. Folkhälsomyndigheten), the Company strongly encourages the SDR holders to vote by proxy at the AGM and the Scheme Meeting. The Managing Director, David Nangle, will not hold a presentation at the AGM and will instead hold his presentation at this telephone conference call and will together with the Chairman of the Board, Lars O Grönstedt, also present the proposed redomestication of VEF. SDR holders will have the opportunity to ask questions to the Chairman of the Board and the Managing Director at this telephone conference.
