Cathal joins us with 15 years+ experience in the financial service industry across Developed and Emerging Markets. He co-founded Carraighill 7 years ago, which is an independent research firm focused on global financial service companies. He brings professional research experience having consulted for some of the biggest global institutions, and a knowledge base in the listed Fintech space.

We also formally welcome Shashi Mahajan to the team after interning with us for more than a year as part of his MBA studies at London Business School. Prior to VEF, Shashi spent 4 yeas in the private equity space in India.
