2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the “Company”) advises that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CET at the Company’s offices at Tjuvholmen Allé 3, 0252 Oslo, Norway.

The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on August 14, 2026, as the record date for shareholders entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

A copy of the Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy can be found on the Company's website www.2020bulkers.com and attached to this press release. The Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy will also be distributed to shareholders by normal distribution methods.
