46-2026 5th PLANET GAMES INVESTOR UPDATE (OAX: 5PG):

5th Planet Games Targets Sker Ritual's Next Commercial Chapter with Extensive
Halloween Promotions and a Holiday Physical Retail Launch in North America

Key Highlights:
- Participation in October digital storefront sales aims to attract new Sker
Ritual players and generate additional revenue, including Steam Scream V Fest,
PlayStation's Planet of the Discounts and Xbox's Shocktober Sale.
- The physical PlayStation 5 Sker Ritual: Cursed Edition launches December 3,
adding a significant new sales channel ahead of the holidays. Pre-orders are
open for the recently announced US- and Canada-exclusive edition.
- To support existing player engagement during the Halloween period, the team
released free cosmetic DLC this week for all Sker Ritual players on every
platform.
- Outside of 5th Planet Games' publishing activities, Wales Interactive recently
revealed Sker: The Bleeding Veil, a new single-player game that will expand the
Sker universe, engaging existing fans and seeking to attract new fans to the
franchise overall.

As previously announced, 5th Planet Games in partnership with Skybound
Entertainment, assumed publishing responsibilities for Wales Interactive's
zombie game Sker Ritual earlier this year. In July 2026, the company released
refreshed digital editions of the game across all storefronts, bundling existing
content into clear, high-value offerings to lower the barrier to entry for new
players and further monetize the existing content library.
New activity now through the holiday season, will continue to build on the
initial relaunch.

Sker Ritual is a part of several digital storefront sales this autumn. These
include Steam Halloween promotions like Steam Scream V Fest, PlayStation's
Planet of the Discounts sale, and Xbox's Shocktober Sale. Timed with these
recent sales and to re-engage existing players, Wales Interactive also just
released a new "Shrunken Head" cosmetic DLC available for free to all players.

Skybound and Wales Interactive also recently announced the Sker Ritual: Cursed
Edition, a US- and Canada-exclusive physical PlayStation 5 edition, with
pre-orders now open across retailers in both markets. Launching on December 3 at
$29.99, it will reach US retailers including Amazon, Target and Best Buy before
the holidays. The edition includes a physical PS5 game disc containing the base
game and eight post-launch DLC packs, with unique masks, cosmetics, exclusive
items and voice lines to customize the experience.

Mark Stanger, CEO of 5th Planet Games, commented: "Looking back at the July
relaunch and subsequent revenue uplift provided an encouraging foundation for
extending Sker Ritual's commercial life. Seasonal promotions, free content and a
new physical edition ahead of the holidays all create opportunities to reach new
players, re-engage the community, and bring existing content to retail. This is
positive news for 5th Planet Games shareholders."

Separately, Wales Interactive announced Sker: The Bleeding Veil during the
widely viewed IGN Fan Fest earlier this month. Co-developed by Stormind Games
and Wales Interactive, the title is a new first-person, single-player story set
in the Sker universe scheduled for release in 2027. Although outside Skybound
and 5th Planet Games' publishing remit, Sker: The Bleeding Veil is just one of
many Wales Interactive projects that continue to expand this successful
franchise.

About Sker Ritual:
Originally released in 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, Sker
Ritual is a popular horror shooter and the spiritual successor to the acclaimed
survival horror game Maid of Sker. Developed by independent, award-winning
studio Wales Interactive, the game is now published by 5th Planet Games in
partnership with Skybound Entertainment.
In Sker Ritual, players battle waves of supernatural enemies, alone or in up to
four-player co-op, while progressing through objectives, unlocking powers and
upgrading weapons. In early 2026, Wales Interactive announced that the game had
passed the 2 million-player mark worldwide.
