Change in the number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia
The number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia AB has increased during July 2026 as a result of an issue of 255,600 new class C shares. In total, the number of shares has increased by 255,600 class C shares and the number of votes with 25,560 votes.
The issue was resolved by the board of directors on 10 June 2026 by virtue of the authorization granted by the annual general meeting held on 26 November 2025 and was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 22 July 2026. The purpose of the issue is to ensure delivery of ordinary shares to employees of AcadeMedia in accordance with the company’s long-term incentive program adopted by the annual general meeting 2025. The new class C shares will be converted into ordinary shares prior to delivery to eligible participants in the incentive program.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 96,314,863 shares in AcadeMedia. 95,866,206 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 448,657 shares are class C shares with one tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in the company is 95,911,071.7.
As of 31 July 2026, AcadeMedia holds 448,657 of its own class C shares.
