Ace Digital AS announces the final venue for its Annual General Meeting on 29
May 2026.

Reference is made to the notice of the Annual General Meeting in Ace Digital
AS (the "Company"), published on 14 May 2026, regarding the Annual General
Meeting to be held on 29 May 2026 at 12:00 hours (CEST), in which it was
stated that the final meeting venue in Oslo would be announced at a later
stage.

The Company hereby informs that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the
