AcuCort's warrant programme fully subscribed - key personnel to become shareholders in the company
AcuCort's warrant programme 2026/2029 has been fully subscribed. The fully subscribed programme demonstrates strong internal commitment and clear confidence in AcuCort's continued development. Through the programme, the four key personnel will also become shareholders in the company if the warrants are exercised.

The warrant programme was approved by the Annual General Meeting of AcuCort on 27 May 2026 and comprises a maximum of 1,800,000 warrants. Of these, 1,500,000 warrants have been transferred to four key personnel in the company, while the remaining 300,000 warrants are reserved for future recruitment of key personnel.
Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share in AcuCort AB during the period from 1 September 2029 up to and including 30 December 2029. The subscription price has been set at SEK 1.34 per share, corresponding to 200 per cent of the underlying share's average volume-weighted price on Spotlight Stock Market during the period from 28 May 2026 up to and including 11 June 2026. The subscription price is not below the quota value of the share.
Prior to subscription and subsequent transfer, the final warrant premium was set at SEK 0.07 per warrant, based on the Black-Scholes option pricing model. The calculation was performed by the independent valuation firm Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB.
