AFG: Share capital increase completed

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 685,225 shares as a private placement in line
with the Company's share purchase program for employees, as informed in the
public announcement as of 8 October 2026. The subscription price is NOK 150.26
per share.
The share capital increase has increased the share capital in AFG ASA by NOK
34,261.25 to NOK 5,717,833.50. The total number of shares outstanding after this
share capital increase is 114,356,670.
