Agilyx ASA: ADRs begin trading today on the USAŽs OTCQX market

Oslo, Norway - September 2, 2026: Agilyx ASA (Euronext Oslo Børs: AGLX;  Börse
Frankfurt: 5NQ;  US OTCQX: AGYXY) ("Agilyx" or the "Company") refers to its July
30 announcement and confirms that the ADRs, quoted and settled in US dollars,
begin trading today on the USA over-the-counter (OTCQX) market under ticker
AGYXY, with Citibank, N.A. acting as the depositary bank. Each ADR represents 10
ordinary shares of the Company. Agilyx's underlying ordinary shares are listed
and traded on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the symbol "AGLX". 

AGYXY provides US investors with a convenient means of holding and trading in
the Company's shares during USA market hours through their own brokers and
custodians.

The establishment of a sponsored Level 1 ADR program is intended to broaden
Agilyx's US investor base, enhance the visibility and accessibility of the
Company's shares in the world's largest capital market, and improve overall
trading liquidity. The program does not involve the issuance of new shares and
will have no dilutive effect on existing shareholders.
