Aino Health subsidiary signs agreement with HUS-Group for work ability management software
Aino Health AB (publ) announces that its subsidiary Aino Health Management Oy has signed an agreement with HUS-Group following its selection as supplier in a public procurement for a work ability management software solution.
HUS-Group is Finland’s largest healthcare provider and is responsible for organising specialised healthcare in the Uusimaa region.
The agreement covers the delivery and implementation of the software, integrations, maintenance and support services. The solution is intended to support HUS’s work ability management processes, including early support, sickness absence management, identification of work ability risks, return-to-work support, reporting and analysis.
Based on the tendered prices and an assumed user population of 26,500, Aino Health estimates the value of the agreement during the initial 24-month fixed term at approximately EUR 520,000 excluding VAT. This estimate includes the software service, implementation and currently estimated additional work. Actual revenue may differ depending on the number of users and additional services ordered. The estimate does not include any period after the initial 24-month term.
The agreement is initially valid for a fixed term of 24 months that starts today and will continue until further notice thereafter. During the indefinite term, HUS’s notice period is six months and Aino Health Management Oy’s notice period is 12 months. Notice may be given during the fixed term, but the agreement cannot terminate before the end of that term.
