Aixia Group AB (publ): Mattias Bergkvist appointed Deputy Group CEO of White Pearl Technology Group

Aixia Group AB (publ) announces that its CEO, Mattias Bergkvist, has been appointed Deputy Group CEO of White Pearl Technology Group AB (publ) ("WPTG"), effective 3 September 2026. Mattias Bergkvist will remain closely involved in Aixia during the integration period to ensure leadership continuity and the effective integration of Aixia's operations and capabilities into the international WPTG Group.
The appointment follows the completion of WPTG's public takeover offer for Aixia Group and forms part of the ongoing integration of Aixia into WPTG's international platform.
In his role as Deputy Group CEO, Mattias Bergkvist will work alongside WPTG Group CEO Ebrahim Laher. Mattias will focus particularly on operational development, European operations, Group integration, Swedish capital-markets engagement and the commercial execution of WPTG's AI strategy.
For Aixia, the new Group structure creates increased opportunities to combine the company's expertise in AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, data platforms and advanced technology solutions with WPTG's international presence, specialist companies and customer relationships.
The continued integration with WPTG therefore provides Aixia with the opportunity to bring its technology and expertise to a broader range of markets and customers, while gaining access to a significantly larger international organisation and commercial platform.
