17 July 2026: An extraordinary general meeting of Aker BioMarine ASA will be
held on 17 August 2026 at 09:00 CEST.  

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, and voting will be
handled online during the meeting. Information about log-in details for the
meeting is available in the notice of the general meeting. For further

No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged
in before the meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes and
proxies is 14 August 2026 at 16:00 CEST.
