Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Aker Offshore Wind
AS on 13 August 2021 regarding the 2021 share purchase program for employees and
the Company's sale of own shares to employees to settle subscriptions under such
program.  Please see the attached notification for persons discharging
managerial responsibilities in AMSC in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014
(MAR) article 19.
