Aker Solutions ASA: Reporting of transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

September 21, 2026 - Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has today allocated
shares to primary insiders participating in the company's employee share
purchase program for 2026.

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published earlier today,
September 21, 2026, concerning the employee share purchase program and share
allocation. For the September 2026 allocation, shares were sold at a price per
share, excluding applicable discount, of NOK 41.8316 which equals the volume
-weighted average share price of Aker Solutions on Euronext Oslo Børs from and
including September 14, 2026, to and including September 18, 2026.

Under the September 2026 allocation, a total of 359 shares were allocated to
Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer. Following the allocation, Eikrem, together
with related parties, holds 400,420 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the September 2026 allocation, a total of 359 shares were allocated to
Hilde Karlsen, Employee Elected Director. Following the allocation, Karlsen
holds 44,041 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the September 2026 allocation, a total of 359 shares were allocated to
Geir Glømmi, Executive Vice President, Fixed Facility Alliance Projects.
Following the allocation, Glømmi holds 26,541 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the September 2026 allocation, a total of 180 shares were allocated to
Thomas Halleraker, Deputy Employee Elected Director. Following the allocation,
Halleraker holds 3,555 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the September 2026 allocation, a total of 359 shares were allocated to
Rolf Arne Grønning, Deputy Employee Elected Director. Following the allocation,
Grønning holds 35,458 shares in Aker Solutions.
