Disruptor AS, an investment company wholly owned by Israr Khan, Chief Product and Technology Officer of Aprila Bank ASA (“Aprila”), has on 26 October 2026 sold 160,289 shares in Aprila. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 13.50 per share. After the sale, Israr Khan holds, through his wholly owned investment company, a total of 600,000 shares in Aprila, equal to 0.82% of the share capital.
