The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 13.50 per share. After the purchase, SES AS holds a total of 18,310,638 shares in Aprila, equal to 25.04% of the share capital.

Amesto Group AS, represented in the board by Arild Spandow, has on 22 October 2026 purchased 152,713 shares in Aprila. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 13.50 per share. After the purchase, Amesto Group AS holds a total of 9,921,087 shares in Aprila, equal to 13.57% of the share capital.

Kvantia AS, represented in the board of Aprila Bank ASA (“Aprila”) by Hans Marius Falkanger, has on 22 October 2026 purchased 126,383 shares in Aprila. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 13.50 per share. After the purchase, Kvantia AS holds a total of 4,461,419 shares in Aprila, equal to 6.10% of the share capital.

Primera AS, an investment company wholly owned by Per Christian Goller, Chief Experience Officer in Aprila Bank ASA (“Aprila”), has on 22 October 2026 sold 150,000 shares in Aprila. The shares were sold at an average price of NOK 13.50 per share. After the sale, Per Christian Goller holds, directly and through his wholly owned investment company a total of 1,673,496 shares in Aprila, equal to 2.29% of the share capital.
