Christian Sandvik Lunde, Chief Credit Officer in Aprila Bank ASA (“Aprila”), has on 24 August 2026 sold 44,000 shares in Aprila. The shares were sold at an average price of NOK 11.80 per share.
The shares were sold to cover tax liabilities arising from the exercise of options in June 2026.
After the sale, Christian Sandvik Lunde holds, directly and through his wholly owned investment company Pippen Holding AS, a total of 202,097 shares in Aprila, equal to 0.28% of the share capital.
