AFISH: Arctic Fish appoints Egill Ólafsson as Chief Operating Officer Farming.

Arctic Fish announces the appointment of Egill Ólafsson as Chief Operating
Officer - Farming, effective April 1st, 2026.


Egill joined Arctic Fish in 2015 and has served as Operational Manager -
Seawater since 2019. He succeeds John Gunnar Grindskar, who will take on a new
role as Project Leader, Production Development.


Egill is among the company's longest-serving employees, beginning his career at
one of Arctic Fish's seawater sites. Over the years, he has held several key
management roles and has pursued relevant education alongside his work. With his
deep operational knowledge, leadership experience, and strong industry
background, Egill is well positioned to guide Arctic Fish's farming operations
into the future.


"We are very pleased to announce Egill's appointment," said Daniel Jakobsson,
CEO of Arctic Fish. "He brings more than a decade of farming experience in the
Westfjords and a good educational foundation. We are also proud to promote from
within - strengthening local leadership rooted in the community."


John Gunnar will continue in his current COO role until March 31, 2026, after
which he will begin his new position. In this role, he will focus on
strengthening local management in the field and continue aligning Arctic Fish's
operations with Mowi's standards of excellence.

new capacity," said Jakobsson. "With a clearer focus on operational improvement
and knowledge sharing with our teams at sea, he will remain an important asset
to Arctic Fish moving forward."

Arctic Fish in brief
Arctic Fish (AFISH) is a leading salmon farmer in Iceland with an attractive and
sustainable value chain from smolt to sales. The production capacity for the
company is 29,800 tonnes MAB (Maximum Allowed Biomass) and includes licenses
covering 10 farming areas in 5 different fjords, all located in the Westfjords
of Iceland. The company's value chain consists of a state-of-the-art RAS
hatching and smolt production facility, attractive sea sites with high bearing
capacity and high-energy equipment, and a newly completed harvesting facility
with sufficient capacity to secure the utilization of the licenses and growth
objectives for the company.
