ARENIT Industrie SE: ARENIT signs agreement to acquire Digitaltest Goup in Germany

As a partner of the global electronics industry, Digitaltest develops and manufactures automated test systems for electronic circuit boards, including proprietary software to customize and run the tests on Digitaltest`s machines.

Digitaltest is headquartered in Stutensee, Germany, and has subsidiaries in the United States and Egypt.

In 2025, Digitaltest reported revenue of approximately EUR 8 million with strong margins.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, most notably the required approval under applicable U.S. foreign investment regulations. Once these conditions are met, closing is exptected to take place in the course of the fourth quarter of 2026 or at the beginning of the first quarter of 2027.

After closing, Digitaltest will be consolidated in the segment "Devices and Industrial Solutions". The acquisition is not expected to have a significant impact on ARENIT's earnings in the current financial year.
