Reference is made to key information from Arribatec Solutions ASA (the "Company") on 27 October 2020 concerning the distribution of NOK 0.556 per share resolved by the EGM on 5 October 2020. In the above announcement, the Company announced that the ex date for the distribution amount of NOK 0.556 per share approved by the EGM on 5 October 2020 is 30 October 2020. The above ex date depended on the registration of the share capital reduction (and the issue of consideration shares as announced on 28 October 2020) by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the "Register"). The Register has today failed to register the transactions for technical reasons. The consequence is that the ex date will not occur tomorrow, and the shares will continue to trade including right to the distribution until further notice.
