Avarda Bank AB: Avarda Exercises Share Purchase Authorisation

The Board of Directors of Avarda Bank AB (publ) has resolved to exercise the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2026 to repurchase Avarda Bank's own shares in order to ensure delivery of shares to participants in the Share Program 2023.

The Board of Directors of Avarda Group has resolved, by exercising the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting, to acquire a maximum of 40,000 shares in order to ensure delivery of shares to the participants in the Share Program 2023. The repurchase will be made on Nasdaq Stockholm no later than 15 December 2026 at a price per share not exceeding the higher of the most recent independent transaction and the highest independent bid currently quoted on the trading venue where the share is listed, and otherwise on the terms determined by Nasdaq Stockholm.
