Saniona on the equity and milestone upside in the AstronauTx deal

AstronauTx has exercised its option to acquire worldwide rights to a joint neurological disease programme, which has yielded the development candidate ATX0926. Saniona receives USD 5 million in AstronauTx shares and keeps potential milestone and royalty payments on top. BioStock contacted Saniona’s CEO Thomas Feldthus for comment.
