SynAct sharpens its phase III plans for resomelagon

SynAct Pharma has used a closer analysis of its ADVANCE study to sharpen the design of a planned phase III programme for lead candidate resomelagon in rheumatoid arthritis. The post-hoc analysis, which isolated resomelagon’s effect in the most relevant patients, now underpins talks with the FDA. A first commercial deal in Brazil and a new financing facility add further momentum.
