Bonava Group: Bonava AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of notes on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 23 June 2026, Bonava AB (publ), reg. no. 556928-0380 ("Bonava" or the "Company"), issued new senior secured green floating rate notes, with ISIN SE0029279322, denominated in SEK in an initial nominal amount of SEK 1,500,000,000 and a tenor of 3.5 years under a total framework of SEK 2,000,000,000 (the "New Notes" and the "Note Issue"). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the New Notes, Bonava has applied for admission to trading of the New Notes on Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list. The first day of trading in the New Notes is expected to be on or around 14 July 2026.
On account of the application for admission to trading of the New Notes, Bonava has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has today been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available at the Company's website, https://www.bonava.com, and at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website, https://www.fi.se.
