ENG Supplement Share Buyback Week 25 2026
Buy-back of ordinary shares in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB 15-18 June 2026 (week 25). The buy-back program is now completed and closed.
BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (LEI CODE: 549300COLY053IGTLD63) ("BONESUPPORT") has during 15 June 2026 up to and including 18 June 2026 repurchased a total of 193,320 own ordinary shares (ISIN: SE0009858152) as part of the buy-back program initiated by the Board of Directors of BONESUPPORT™. The buy-back program is now completed and has been closed.
The repurchases formed part of the buy-back program of maximum 373,320 ordinary shares for a total amount of maximum SEK 100 million announced by BONESUPPORT on 8 June 2026 and which ran during the period 9 June 2026 until and including 18 June 2026. The buy-back program was carried out for the purpose of ensuring BONESUPPORT's obligations arising from the long-term share savings program LTI 2026 resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2026. The repurchases were carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 ("MAR") and the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").

All repurchases have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) on behalf of BONESUPPORT. Following the above repurchases, BONESUPPORT's holding of treasury shares up to and including 18 June 2026 amounts to 373,320 ordinary shares and 905,155 Series C shares.
As of 18 June 2026, the total number of shares in BONESUPPORT, including treasury shares, is 66,764,350, of which 65,859,195 are ordinary shares and 905,155 are Series C shares. The total number of outstanding shares in BONESUPPORT, excluding treasury shares, is 65,485,875, all of which are ordinary shares.
