Borr Drilling Limited - Notification of PDMR Transaction

Hamilton, Bermuda, September 18, 2026 - Borr Drilling Limited (NYSE and OSE:
BORR) (the "Company") has received notification of a transaction related to Mr.
Tor Olav Trøim, a director of the Company and a person discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR") in the Company.

Drew Holdings Ltd., a close associate of Mr. Trøim, has purchased 150,000 shares
at an average price of USD 4.3795 per share.
