1) Drew Holding Ltd., a close associate of Mr. Tor Olav Trøim, Director of the
Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") in the
Company; and
2) Granular Capital Ltd., a close associate of Mr. Thiago Mordehachvili,
Director of the Company and a PDMR in the Company.
