Bouvet ASA - Strong momentum and robust profitability
Bouvet reported operating revenues of NOK 975.0 million for the second quarter of 2026, compared with NOK 968.7 million in the same period of last year. Operating profit (EBIT) for the period amounted to NOK 122.3 million, compared with NOK 123.2 million in the same period of 2025.
For the first six months Bouvet reported operating revenues of NOK 2 012.0 million, compared with NOK 2 043.4 million in the same period last year. For the same period, the operating profit ended at NOK 249.3 million, compared with NOK 278.5 million in the same period of 2025.
“The second quarter of the year was a good one for Bouvet. We won important new contracts, opened two new offices in strategically important locations, delivered strong profitability and successfully expanded the Bouvet team,” says Per Gunnar Tronsli, CEO of Bouvet ASA.
Bouvet’s total operating costs came to NOK 852.7 million for the second quarter, compared with NOK 845.5 million in the same period of 2025. The EBIT margin for the second quarter was 12.5 per cent, compared with 12.7 per cent in the second quarter of 2025. Net profit came to NOK 92.9 million, compared with NOK 95.7 million for the second quarter of 2025. Diluted earnings per share were NOK 0.90 for the quarter, compared with NOK 0.92 in the same period of last year.
