BW Energy: Issuance of shares following exercise of LTIP options
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by BW Energy on 29 June 2026 regarding the exercise of options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Program (LTIP) and the resolution by the Board of Directors to issue up to 175,000 new shares in the Company to settle the options exercised under the LTIP.
64,094 shares of the total 175,000 new shares have now been validly issued and fully paid. The remaining 110,906 shares are expected to be issued at a later date.
Following this issuance, BW Energy has a total of 5,855,505 outstanding options and 258,333,418 validly issued and fully paid shares.
