COSH: COSH Successfully Settles USD 650 Million Senior Secured Bond

Luxembourg, 3 August 2026: Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.
("Constellation" or the "Company", OSE: COSH) has today successfully settled its
USD 650 million senior secured bond due 2033 (the "Bonds"), as previously
announced by the Company in its pricing press release dated 22 July 2026. The
Bonds carry a fixed coupon of 7.700% p.a., payable semi-annually.
As previously disclosed, the net proceeds from the bond issue, together with
cash on hand, will be used to discharge and satisfy in full the Company's
outstanding USD 650 million 9.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 (the "Existing
Bonds"), and to pay fees and expenses in connection with the transaction. The
redemption of the Existing Bonds is expected to settle on August 4, 2026.
An application will be made for the Bonds to be listed on the Singapore Exchange
Securities Trading Limited - SGX-ST.
