EVENTS DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD 1 January - 30 June 2026
The special examination initiated in 2024 was concluded in January 2026.

During the first half of 2026, work within Accyourate continued with a focus on operational readiness, industrialisation and commercialisation in line with the Business Plan adopted in 2025. On 27 January 2026, Crown Energy entered into definitive agreements with ND Industrial Investments B.V. (ND Group) and North Star Capital (NSC), a company owned by Juan Chaparro, regarding the strategic partnership for the commercial rollout of Accyourate’s next-generation healthtech platform.

In March 2026, Accyourate’s smart garment platform was selected as the core monitoring technology in the newly approved MirtaRett clinical study. The study uses Accyourate’s technology to collect continuous physiological data from patients with Rett syndrome in home environments.

Within Asset Development, the NEO project remained in the preparatory phase during the first half of 2026. Work focused on project planning, the intended financing structure and the commercial configuration of the development. Construction had not commenced as of 30 June 2026, and the implementation timetable remains dependent on final design, required permits, financing and commercial arrangements.

During the first quarter of 2026, YBE decided to proceed with a five-year lease arrangement for 65 rooms in a newly built hotel near the airport following the signing of an initial agreement with a corporate customer.

In April 2026, Crown Energy was served with documents relating to a European payment order initiated by PartPro S.r.l., a subsidiary of Proger S.p.A., in a court in Italy. The claim amounts to EUR 5 million and relates to part of the previously reported outstanding liability of EUR 10 million in SmarTee attributable to former shareholders of Accyourate Group. Crown Energy disputes the claim and challenges its validity on both procedural and substantive grounds.

On 30 April 2026, Crown Energy entered into an amendment agreement with the seller of SmarTee regarding the remaining purchase price for the acquisition of 85 per cent of SmarTee. The agreement provides that no further payments shall be made before 3 February 2027 and that the majority of the remaining purchase price has been deferred, with the timing of payment governed by the defined performance- and transaction-related trigger and extension mechanism set out in the amendment agreement.

On 3 June 2026, Accyourate entered into an initial distribution agreement in Albania with local partner 2A-Pharma shpk. The agreement is intended to support a structured entry into the Albanian market for Accyourate’s wearable ECG monitoring devices, smart garments and associated data analysis and management services, with an initial commercial focus on private healthcare.

During the reporting period, Crown Energy published its 2025 Annual Report, including a substantially expanded voluntary Sustainability Report, and adopted an Impact Investment Policy to further formalise the integration of sustainability and impact considerations into the Company’s investment activities.

EVENTS AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD
On 5 August 2026, Crown Energy issued a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 31 August 2026. The Board has proposed that Gunnar Danielsson be elected as a new member of the Board for the period until the close of the next Annual General Meeting. Gunnar Danielsson has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, financial reporting and corporate governance, including more than 20 years at Ernst & Young and several senior finance and board positions in listed companies.

Dear Shareholders and Investors

The first half of 2026 reflected continued progress in Crown Energy’s strategic transition, with an increasing focus on execution. Our objective remains to create long-term shareholder value through structured development of our platform in Angola, the continued commercialisation of Accyourate and investments capable of combining financial potential with measurable environmental and social value.

In Angola, preparatory work for the NEO project at the new Dr António Agostinho Neto International Airport continued during the period. NEO represents Crown Energy’s largest development initiative in Angola to date and is intended to form a long-term platform for corporate accommodation, offices and related services within the Airport City zone. Work during the period included, among other things, continued project planning, financing matters and the commercial structuring of the project. At the date of publication of this report, NEO remains in the preparatory phase and construction has not commenced. Work continues on project planning, the intended financing structure and the commercial configuration of the development. The implementation timetable remains dependent on final design, required permits, financing and commercial arrangements.
Within Accyourate, the focus remained on operational readiness, industrialisation and commercialisation.

The definitive agreements entered into with ND Group and NSC in January provide additional commercial and operational capacity as Accyourate moves from technical development and validation toward broader market execution.

During the period, Accyourate also advanced along two complementary paths. Its smart garment platform was selected as the core monitoring technology in the MirtaRett clinical study, supporting continuous collection of physiological data from patients in their home environments. In June, Accyourate entered into an initial distribution agreement with 2A-Pharma in Albania, establishing a practical first route into private healthcare for its wearable ECG monitoring devices, smart garments and associated data services.

Sustainability is increasingly being integrated into how Crown Energy evaluates, develops and communicates its activities. During the period, we published our expanded Sustainability Report for 2025 inspired by the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and containing a simplified double materiality assessment.

We have also adopted an Impact Investment Policy to provide a clearer framework for considering environmental and social impact alongside financial return in our investment activities. The next stage is to translate this framework into clearer objectives, improved data and more systematic follow-up across our operations and investments.

Within KAYA, work continued to build the regulatory, technical and local foundations required for high-integrity nature-based climate projects in Angola. WAKAYA complements this longer-term work by supporting education, environmental stewardship and community development. Together, these initiatives demonstrate how Crown Energy’s local position can support both future commercial opportunities and tangible benefits for the communities in which we operate.

The amendment agreement entered into with the seller of SmarTee during the period has strengthened Crown Energy’s financial flexibility by deferring the majority of the remaining purchase price and linking the payment timing to defined future performance- and transaction-related events. This gives the Company greater ability to focus resources on Accyourate’s continued commercialisation and on the development of our broader portfolio.

We enter the second half of 2026 with clearer strategic priorities: advancing NEO responsibly, developing Accyourate’s next routes to market, strengthening our sustainability governance and continuing to build long-term value from our established position in Angola.
