Company announcement no. 19/2026: Transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, Dataproces Group A/S has received the following notification concerning transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and/or persons closely associated with them.
Ulstrup Invest ApS, a person closely associated with Mikkel Ulstrup, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dataproces Group A/S, purchased a total of 88,509 shares in Dataproces Group A/S on 9 October 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of DKK 3.809 per share, corresponding to a total purchase price of DKK 337,131.
