Investor News No. 51/2026: Dataproces enters into three additional agreements for student enrolment monitoring in Germany
Dataproces has today entered into three additional agreements for updating student enrolment figures and forecasts, delivered in Excel format. This brings the total number of agreements under this model to four since the acquisition of the activity from Lexis & Rother.
Each agreement has an order value of up to EUR 1,500. The individual agreements are therefore smaller in value than the previously announced advisory agreements in Germany.
The service provides municipalities with an updated basis for monitoring student enrolment trends and assessing future school capacity requirements. The service must be ordered separately each year.
The student enrolment monitoring service forms part of the activity acquired by Dataproces from Lexis & Rother through the strategic partnership announced in Company Announcement No. 10/2026 of 9 June 2026, “Dataproces strengthens its position in Germany through strategic partnership and acquisition of activities”.
Through the acquisition, Dataproces gained access to established customer relationships, specialist knowledge and methodologies for student enrolment monitoring. Customer history shows that most customers return, with some municipalities having received the service since 2014. Dataproces therefore expects repeat orders, although the Excel service does not involve an ongoing subscription commitment.
Dataproces has also developed the acquired methodologies into SchulRadar, a software solution offered on a subscription basis with online access and additional analytical capabilities. The company has not yet entered into any SchulRadar subscriptions but aims to gradually transition users of the Excel model to the software solution. This supports its strategy of building on established customer relationships and developing scalable software solutions with recurring revenue in the German market.
The agreements do not change the company’s financial guidance for the 2026/27 financial year.
