Deep Value Driller AS - Mandatory notification of trade

10 September 2026: Gunnar Hvammen, board member and primary insider of Deep
Value Driller AS (the "Company"), has today, 10 September 2026, acquired
1,700,000 shares in the Company acting through Solan Capital AS. Following the
transaction, Gunnar Hvammen and his closely associated companies hold 12,133,333
shares, equivalent to approximately 12.98% of the Company's share capital.
