Divio renews enterprise contract with improved margin

Divio Technologies has restructured and renewed an existing enterprise contract. The renewed contract runs on an evergreen basis with an initial fixed term of 12 months, replacing the previous fixed-term structure. The contract carries the same monthly recurring revenue as before, approximately USD 5,500 per month, while the renewed structure is expected to improve Divio’s gross margin on the contract by around USD 750 per month.
