Dura Sverige AB (publ) - Condition for Exercise of Call Option has been fulfilled
Dura Sverige AB (publ) (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announced on 28 September 2026 that it intended to exercise its call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its senior secured callable floating rate bond issue with ISIN NO0013262378 (the "Bonds" and the "Call Option").
The Call Option was conditional upon the settlement of the new bond with ISIN: NO0013770016 (the “New Bonds”) as well as satisfaction of the conditions precedent for disbursement of the net proceeds from the issue of the New Bonds in accordance with the Company’s press release on 28 September 2026 (the "Financing Condition"). The Company hereby confirms that the Financing Condition has been fulfilled, and the Call Option has therefore become unconditional.
The Bonds will be redeemed at a price of 104.25 per cent of the Nominal Amount, together with accrued but unpaid interest, with the call option repayment date being 13 October 2026 and the relevant record date being 9 October 2026.
