Elkem ASA - Invitation to second quarter 2026 results presentation

Oslo, 3 July 2026

Elkem ASA will release its report for the second quarter and half year 2026 on
Friday, 10 July at 7.00 a.m. CEST. The quarterly report and presentation
material will be made available at this time at www.elkem.com

In connection with the quarterly report, the company will host a presentation at
9.00 a.m. CEST. The event will take place at House of Oslo, Conference centre,
VIA Vika, Ruseløkkveien 34, 0251 Oslo.

On 2 July 2026, Elkem announced that the board of directors had appointed Dag
Teigland as chief executive officer (CEO), effective 3 August 2026. Teigland
will attend the second quarter results presentation, alongside current CEO Helge
Aasen, CFO Morten Viga and VP Finance & Investor Relations Odd-Geir Lyngstad.
