Elmera Group ASA: Q2 2026 results - Strong quarter with customer growth and solid YoY improvement in adjusted EBIT

Elmera Group recorded adjusted net revenue of NOK 399m in the second quarter of
2026, compared with NOK 370m in the second quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBIT
increased to NOK 121m, from NOK 93m in Q2 2025. Higher volumes and high elspot
prices contributed positively to earnings, while adjusted operating expenses
remained broadly stable year-on-year.

The positive customer growth trend continued in the Consumer segment, Business
delivered its highest adjusted EBIT on a last-twelve-month basis in three years,
and Nordic improved significantly year-on-year.

- We delivered another strong quarter, with customer growth and improved
adjusted EBIT across all three main segments. Our commercial activities in
Consumer have worked very well, Business remains in a very strong position, and
we are encouraged by the positive development in Nordic, says CEO Rolf Barmen.

Elmera Group maintains its financial targets for 2026, including adjusted EBIT
in the area of NOK 575m, with the contribution from Telinet included. 

The process relating to Fortum's recommended voluntary cash tender offer
announced on 29 June 2026 is ongoing. Further information is included in the
