Elopak ASA: Håkon Volldal to assume CEO role from November 2, 2026

Reference is made to Elopak ASA’s (“Elopak”, Oslo Børs ticker: ELO) stock exchange announcement on 15 June 2026 regarding the appointment of Håkon Volldal as Elopak’s new Chief Executive Officer.

Elopak’s Board of Directors is pleased to confirm that Volldal will assume the CEO role earlier than previously communicated, effective November 2, 2026. Interim CEO Bent K. Axelsen and interim CFO Ola Buarøy will resume their previously held roles as CFO and Director of Finance and Tax, respectively.
