GRK Infra Plc cancels shares repurchased under its share buy-back programme

GRK Infra Plc ("GRK" or the "Company") has, in line with the decision of the Board of Directors, cancelled 288,000 shares held by the Company. The cancellation of the own shares has been registered with the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office today on 30 September 2026.
The cancelled shares were repurchased under the share buy-back programme announced on 6 August 2026. The purpose of the repurchases under the share buy-back programme is to optimise the Company's capital structure. The repurchased shares will be cancelled on a quarterly basis.
After the cancellation, the total number of shares and votes in the Company is 42,478,879. After the cancellation GRK holds a total of 14,000 own shares, including the shares repurchased by 29 September 2026. The cancellation has no effect on the share capital of the Company.
