Gulf Keystone announces the following transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on the London Stock Exchange.
David Thomas, Non-Executive Chair, bought a total of 19,669 common shares in
the Company on 21 October 2026 at a volume weighted average price of 203.35p
per common share on the London Stock Exchange. Following the transactions,
David Thomas owns 19,669 common shares in the Company.
