H100 Group AB appoints Eirik Grøttum as new Chief Executive Officer
H100 Group AB (“H100” or the “Company”) has today appointed Eirik Grøttum as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Johannes Wiik, who has served as Chief Executive Officer since September 2025, will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer, the position he held prior to becoming CEO.
Eirik Grøttum joins H100 as CEO following the Company’s acquisition of Never Say Die AS and Moonshot AS, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to the transaction, Eirik, together with H100’s Chief Investment Officer Peter C. Warren, was responsible for managing the Bitcoin holdings of Geir Harald Hansen, H100’s largest shareholder, through Moonshot AS.
Eirik brings extensive experience across technology, fintech, systematic trading, and digital assets. Through the acquisition, H100 also welcomes a highly specialized team of fintech and software developers, significantly strengthening the Company’s technology capabilities and financial expertise. Eirik’s appointment as CEO is a natural next step as the organizations are integrated.
Johannes Wiik will remain a key member of H100’s executive management team as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will continue to hold a strategically important position across the Company’s operations, corporate development, capital markets activities, and strategic transactions.

Eirik Grøttum has a background spanning technology, systematic trading, software development and asset management. Prior to his appointment as CEO of H100, he served as CEO of Moonshot AS. His key experience includes:
- Technology and software development: Extensive experience in software engineering, full-stack development and technology leadership.
- Systematic trading and asset management: Experience in quantitative trading, investment management and portfolio management, including as Director and Portfolio Manager at SQA Asset Management AS.
- Entrepreneurship and leadership: Co-founder and senior executive of several technology and trading companies, including Kode Oslo AS and PDI AS.
- Education: Informatics, University of Oslo.
