Heimar hf.: Publication of Base Prospectus
Heimar hf., ID No. 630109-1080, Hagasmári 1, 201 Kópavogur, Iceland, has published a base prospectus in connection with its bond issuance programme. The base prospectus is dated 24 June 2026 and has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Central Bank of Iceland. The base prospectus is issued in Icelandic and is available on Heimar’s website at: https://www.heimar.is/fjarfestar/fjarmoegnun/skuldabrefautgafa/.
The base prospectus will remain available on the website for ten years following its approval.
Íslandsbanki hf. acted as the arranger in the process of obtaining the approval of the base prospectus from the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Central Bank of Iceland.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Icelandic versions of this notice, the Icelandic version shall prevail.
