Huddlestock: Change of CEO – Ramtin Matin appointed interim CEO
The Board of Directors of Huddlestock Fintech AS (“Huddlestock” or “the Company”) has today decided to make a change in the CEO position. Leif Arnold Thomas steps down as CEO with immediate effect.
The Board is pleased to appoint Ramtin Matin as interim CEO with immediate effect. Ramtin knows the Company well, having served more than four years on the Board of Directors before joining the Company as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer this summer. In this role he has led the Company’s operational and technical work, including the development of the Gigabroker platform. He has shown strong commitment, deep technical insight and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, partners and customers.
Before joining Huddlestock, Ramtin spent nine years at SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge, one of Norway’s largest savings banks, working with technology and innovation. He held roles as Lead Technological Strategist and Head of Innovation, and most recently as VP Innovation and Partnerships. This experience in combining banking, technology and partnerships is highly relevant for Huddlestock as a European Investment-as-a-Service provider.
As CEO, Ramtin will lead the full Huddlestock group, including Visigon, the Group’s Nordic technology consulting business with around 25 employees. A key priority will be to align and strengthen collaboration across the Group’s companies with a shared direction and building one team across markets as the Group enters its next phase.
The Board believes a change in leadership is necessary to strengthen execution as the Company approaches the launch of Gigabroker in late November 2026 and prepares for the next phase of growth.
Huddlestock will publish its interim report for the third quarter of 2026 on 19 November 2026, as scheduled.
