announces that the following transactions have been completed by close
associates of Magne Jordanger, board member and primary insider in Inify:

-          Gallivant S.a.r.l, a company closely associated with board member
Magne Jordanger, has sold 47,410,660 shares in Inify at an average price of NOK
7.90 per share on August 26th, 2026. After the transaction, Gallivant S.a.r.l.
holds 17,167,701 shares in Inify.

-          Borasco S.a.r.l., a company closely associated with board member
Magne Jordanger, has acquired 47,410,660 shares in Inify at an average price of
NOK 7.90 per share on August 26th, 2026. After the transaction, Borasco S.a.r.l.
holds 47,410,660 shares in Inify.
